Your paperwork, understood and remembered.

What it means, what to do, and by when — then Fahim keeps track: the dates, the amounts, the replies.

In your vault, your documents, notes and spending are locked with your own key. Our servers keep only locked copies and cannot open them on their own. How your vault is protected

No account needed. Your first document is free.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Stored in Germany. Never used to train AI.

How it works

Photograph it, or share it

A phone photo, a PDF, or a message you were sent — straight from any app. Crooked and badly lit is fine.

Read it in your language

What it is, what it means for you, and what happens if you ignore it — with the dates, amounts and names pulled out.

Fahim keeps track

Dates become reminders in your calendar. Amounts add up in Finances. A message that needs an answer gets a draft.

Private by design

Your documents, your scans and your spending are locked with your own key. Our servers keep only locked copies and cannot open them on their own.

Locked with your key

Every file you keep, everything Fahim writes about it, and everything you write yourself — notes, chats, and the amount and description of every spend — is encrypted with your own key, kept on your devices. Our servers keep only the locked copy and can open it only for a request that carries that key. Anyone who copies our servers or backups cannot open any of it.

What we can see

A few labels stay readable to us — document titles and kinds, when your deadlines fall, the day, category and currency of each spend (never the amount), and your account details — so reminders and your calendar work while you are away.

Who else sees a document

When you ask for an explanation, the AI service we use reads that document to write it, under terms that forbid using it to train. Nothing is read without you asking.

Yours to delete

Delete any document permanently, at any time. No account: your document is deleted automatically — in 30 minutes if you ask, 7 days otherwise.

What Fahim tells you

What they are asking: They want to read your heating meters on Tuesday 14 July, between 9 and 12. Confirm that time, or offer another one before Friday.
Worth noticing: The appointment is only agreed once you answer. The draft names the date back to them, so there is no doubt which slot you accepted.

Samples. Whatever language your documents arrive in, they are read like this — in yours.

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. Fahim explains and translates — it tells you what a document says and what the standard next steps are. For court documents and contested cases it points you to a real lawyer.

Which documents can it read?

Documents from any country, in any language. Explanations come in your language.

What happens to my document?

In your vault it is locked with your own key — our servers keep only a locked copy and cannot open it on their own — and to explain it, the AI service we use reads it. Delete it at any time — the file, the explanation and the reminders are removed together. If you don't sign in, it is held only long enough for you to read and translate it — 30 minutes if you ask for it to be deleted after reading, and at most 7 days otherwise — then deleted automatically.

What does it cost?

Your first document is free, no account needed. After that: 3 free documents a month, or Plus for unlimited documents and reminders.
